Order Process: All orders must be placed over the phone with an authorized WWT Network representative. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a verbal confirmation of the order details, including product description, price, and estimated delivery timeline. A written confirmation (via email or other means, if applicable) may also be provided.
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the order process, including billing and shipping details. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All orders must be placed over the phone with an authorized WWT Network representative. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Risk of Loss: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the order process, including billing and shipping details. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations:You may cancel an order prior to shipment by contacting our customer service team at info@wwtnetwork.com or 714-679-9365. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect due to our error.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees unless otherwise required by law.

6. Product Warranties

Products may be subject to manufacturer warranties, details of which will be provided at the time of purchase. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or as instructed by our customer service team.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WWT Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided during the order process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://wwtnetwork.com/privacy-policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
