- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a verbal confirmation of the order details, including product description, price, and estimated delivery timeline. A written confirmation (via email or other means, if applicable) may also be provided.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the order process, including billing and shipping details. We are not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3. Pricing and Payment

5. Cancellations and Returns
- Cancellations:You may cancel an order prior to shipment by contacting our customer service team at info@wwtnetwork.com or 714-679-9365. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect due to our error.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees unless otherwise required by law.
6. Product Warranties
- Products may be subject to manufacturer warranties, details of which will be provided at the time of purchase. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
